Our aim is for each of our customers to experience a professional, friendly and personal service that ensures they find the flooring that suits their taste, style, needs and budget.
To achieve this we have a range of over 600 flooring options with each range holding about 15 variations. That means over 9000 flooring choices! A bit daunting... but that's where our advice and experience comes in to play!
You will not find pushy sales people striving for targets but friendly, approachable staff who view their customers as the most important people in the shopping experience.
We encourage unhurried testing and are happy for you to take your selected sample(s) home to try before before making a decision. If you change your mind that's fine - you can try something else!
We want you to have a great experience. Customer satisfaction is paramount - after all we want you to return for any future flooring needs and we know that we will grow through your recommendation!
The fitting partners we use have all been trained, assessed and are police checked. They will ensure that whatever flooring you have selected is fitted thoughtfully to your requirements and ultimately looks great.
Our fitting teams can move your furniture, uplift your old carpets and can vacuum after installation to make sure that you can enjoy your new flooring straight away. They will even put your furniture back in place!
We do charge small premiums for some of these extra services (we will talk you through any additional options). However just like our prices, we endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible.
Remember - you only pay the fitter when you are entirely satisfied.
